I purchased this product as a gift and have requested a return/refund as the recipient advises the product does not perform as indicated. It translates words and phrases inadeadequately.

It is fantastical .it is small enough to hold or put in my pocket.I buy this for my parents . they just know their own language. they love travel in different countries.They can easier to connect to the app on the smart phone.they said they use this machine to know lots of friends in the worlds.They even use this to learn foreign languages, because it has the pronoun cation.

Amazingly helpful device - works in conjunction with your smart phone and gives clear translation to virtually any simple phrase we've tried. My wife and daughter are traveling to China in a few weeks and have very limited Mandarin skills. This is exactly the kind of tool they need to communicate most every typical daily exchange. It's very compact and easy to use once configured. I would recommend it to anyone traveling abroad who needs assistance with the language.

I like this translator. The target language is very accurate! There are many languages. you no longer have to worry that people can't speak English when you go to abroad. With this little device,it really can communicate barrier-free!this come with a manual and following its instructions, i connected translator with iphone 7. not any troubles on this.Another reason why I bought this is for my daughter to learn Chinese. even thought I can speak Chinese. I am usually busy on work, I do not have much time to help her learn language. hope this can help her withChinese pronunciation. after using few days,found that the battery capacity is good for me. It's small and light. convenient to carry it to anywhere. worth having!

It works great. The instructions are easy to follow. For sure it is not as smart as our human, so I have to follow the instructions and speak it slowly and clear. It is a great tool. It is small. It is very easy to carry. Also, I teach Chinese in US. I order one to try for my students. The biggest issue my students have is they practice at home but don’t know whether they pronounce right or not. With the translator, I say English, it will translate to Chinese , I follow it and repeat, it will translate back to English, that way I will know whether you pronounce it right or not. It’s a tool to learn Chinese too.
